This is absolute paradise and once you're here you can walk everywhere you want to go including many restaurants in the village of Cahcala!

We shared this property with 3 other families thinking we might be cramped. All 16 of us slept super comfortably in the 6 suites! And the spacious property was a treat to enjoy during the day. We rotated meals between the dining room, poolside cabana, and terrace. This property was amazing. The beaches were amazing. The service was amazing. Everything, amazing. We can't wait to come back!

What would be the best place for a multi-generational family vacation? It is definitely the Hacienda Chacala. People of all ages and interests can enjoy time alone or with each other in the beautiful Hacienda with its lovely gardens and delicious meals prepared by Rosa and her sister, fabulous cooks attentive to what our family liked. Their amazing meals were one of the highlights of our trip. In addition, the concierge was available to help us in any way including making arrangements for special activities like whale watching and fishing. Most days family members headed to the pickle ball or tennis courts or to the beautiful, restful cove with its sandy beaches perfect for visiting, swimming, paddle boating, and building sand castles, or they took walks in the enclosed, safe community. Our family has some gifted photographers who found many scenes for amazing photos. We are thankful for Dan Alvarez’s vision for the Hacienda and for all the conveniences he thought to provide such as golf carts, hammocks for the book lovers. and even someone to wash our clothes. We were able to relax and enjoy being together, a rare treat for us. Every one of us would all be delighted to return to the Hacienda Chacala as soon as possible!

After my recent trip to Chacala and the Hacienda I don't think I'll be able to go anywhere else. The staff took care of everything, cooks made amazing meals, cleaners kept the place dazzling, allowing us to have the best beach vacation we've had in 50 years.
